in the morning when i wakeup

and i open my eyes,

i feel an aching in my heart

thats when i realize

how much i really miss u.

and long to have u near

my heart is filled with sadnes

and my eyes are filled with tears.

at different times throughout the day,

i find i ‘m missing u.

and i wonder if, perhaps a bit,

maybe u miss me too.

i miss u in the shower

when i’am there all alone.

and when i want to hear u’r voice.

and call u on the phone.

when i check my email

and find there is noting there ,

i can’t help it that i worry

and i put u in my prayers,

i think by now its safe to say,

that i miss u very much,

and my heart will never be the same

since it suffered cupid’s touch…
